Time to catch up
The w/e was packed.....
why is it that every friday is crazy? I'm all pumped to head down to the Flower Show with Aaron-yes, that's right, Aaron, when I get a phone call re: Caitlin evacuated from school for "an ambiguous message left by a student..." aka bomb threat- figure it's tougher to pick her up so she's left to soak up some sun on Teamer Field while I head to the show. Some wacko guy on the train is chatting it up with us commuters about a bomb on the train- We exit (as the police are boarding) the train at 30th St Station(smart move) and head to the show via taxi- which was amazing- Believe it or not we can't get the train home at Market East because of -you guessed it- another "suspicious package" left on the train has shut it down.....another taxi to 30th St. and a car trip back home. Incredible.
Other "stuff": B ball- the Big East Rocks!, "Thumbsucker"- a pretty good flick, the first cookout of the season mmmmmmm........., and this weather yeehaw! I miss Aaron already- go Greyhound! Cait's ipod is dead, getting ready for my trip to St. Kitts- fun in the sun, baby!!!! Adios!
