I've decided that I do not want to go to my computer class this morning, so I'm in the coor building utilizing the high speed internet connection that my tuition is going to pay for. Can you imagine--800 computers all hooked up to high speed internet? Their internet bill must be like twice my household's total income. Stupid commercial establishments!
Oh right, anyway, no computer class this morning. I've been ditzing around for some time now, so I guess I only have like 54 minutes left of freedom before I head to my design class. Ordinarily I'd skip today altogether and work on laundry or something, but I'm at my maximum missed attendance questions before I need to start producing excuses... And since the questions are given at random, I don't know when I can skip, so I have to be there every day until either the semester ends, or the 10th question is given. Gah!! That's a long time!
And then there's my art class. Fuckin art class. I didn't go tuesday last week b/c I just felt like such utter crap and I threw up a few times in various bathrooms around northwest campus; I didn't want to sit couped up in a stuffy studio for 3 hours. So I left. Then we didn't have class thursday. Yeah, my weekend started at like 10 am on Thursday. I had a philosophy exam wednesday, consequently no discussion on friday, so... yeah. But now I'm here again and regretting getting into college and not going to work fulltime. Where they have benefits, and decent paychecks. And benefits. And decent paychecks. And nighschool is a possibility. I have no problem going to school at night.
Wow, I coughed, and it was REALLY loud. Like, in a building made of glass and concrete and two stories of open space... yeah, it was loud.
Okay, 8:06 am now, and I can't think of anything productive to do with my high-speed powers, so I'm just gonna go wander around and see if I can meet anyone I know from previous semesters. Maybe I'll have someone new to tell I'm headed for the right coast.
