aghh isn't it just amazing being friends with the people that made the fandom just so much more amazing for you??? Back when I was into Naruto I adored KakaSaku and read some of silvershine's writing and whatnot. Gotta go reread these things... ahh nostalgia
it's seriously kind of amazing, 'cause I came into KakaSaku/Naruto fandom admiring and being in awe of these people and then... SOMEHOW, NOW I'M FRIENDS WITH A TON OF THEM? like, how did this happen, why am I allowed to be in their presence, I don't understaaaaaaaaaand. (in a good way, lol).
KakaSaku is my first OTP in a fandom sense (since before them, I preferred couples in various series, but I didn't associate myself with fandom/shipping/etc. because I wasn't aware of it yet) so rereading her stuff always gives me a ton of nostalgia, too. XD
Even though it's not fandom related, I remember when one of my favorite authors was doing an interview on a blog, and I commented on it about how amazing his work was and how I totally wanted to read some of the books that inspire him... and he actually commented back and I was DEADDDDDD for a good half hour just staring at the screen and realizing he was actually interacting with the readers. I was gushing with happiness afterwards haha

KakaSaku is my first OTP in a fandom sense (since before them, I preferred couples in various series, but I didn't associate myself with fandom/shipping/etc. because I wasn't aware of it yet) so rereading her stuff always gives me a ton of nostalgia, too. XD
