"This is all your fault, you know," Sakura spat, being sure to glare twice as hard as usual at her ex-sensei from across their shared cell. Moon was a very underdeveloped country, and as such, their prisons were tiny and there was only one cell available for the two of them. Kakashi wasn't sure what Sakura was more mad about; that she had to share a cell with a man, or that she'd been tossed in there at all in the first place.

Kakashi pretended like he hadn't heard her and flipped another page of Icha Icha.

"YOU. It's because of you and your damn pornography that they threw us in here! Why do you still have that?!" she practically shrieks, pointing accusingly at the orange book in his hand.

"What do you mean?" he asked innocently, finally folding the book in his lap and looking up at his cellmate. He tried to keep his eye on her face, but the uniforms were very fitting for women here in the Moon prison.

"You know damn well that they have laws against having pornography in public, and you didn't even bother hiding it! And now we're stuck in here until Tsunade-shishou responds to the letter the warden sent!" she fumed, folding her arms over her chest in a way that did not help with Kakashi's dilemma. He had to blink a few times for her latest words to process and took an extra few seconds formulating a response.

"... Are my reading habits really so awful Sakura?" he asked, the pout clear in his voice.

"Yes."

"Why, Sakura-chan, you're breaking my heart. You need only have let me know earlier, and this wouldn't have happened!" he sighed over-dramatically, closing his Icha Icha with a loud snap and placing it on his bed before standing and walking towards her.

"W-What?" she asked, anger deflating quickly as he approached. A blush was growing steadily brighter, and while he knew he probably wouldn't get much more than a punch in the gut for this, the expression on her face would be well worth it.

"If I had known you were feeling neglected, I would have spent much more attention to you than that filthy novel," he smiled, knees bumping hers as he came to a stop. He leaned forward until his masked nose was nearly touching hers.

Just as he'd predicted, the moment she got over the shock of his face being so close, she punched him hard enough to leave an indent in the wall he landed against. He fell to the cement floor with a thud and a groan before letting out a laugh.

The next few days were certainly going to be entertaining.
