A Public Service Announcement
I got to the airport on time. All checked in and ready to fly home.
My first flight was so late that it wasn't even expected to land in Memphis until my plane was scheduled to take off in Atlanta.
I had the option of flying to Atlanta and staying in a hotel, or going home and going back to the airport tomorrow, to catch the same flight out of Atlanta tomorrow morning had I flown there tonight. I opted to stay home. It cost me an extra $40 in taxi fees, but I'll be damned if I stay in some strange hotel if I can sleep in my own bed tonight.
So I get to be at the airport at 5:30am, when I should be home in California in my own bed.
I am truly getting annoyed with cities that drop dead at 6pm. >:(
So much for me three full days at home.
