subway .... eat fresh
Well I got up this morning and Dad, Brenda, Roy, and I went to the shooting range. It was my first time ever being there and oh man ... It was a blast! I shoot a 22 a 2-250 and a 2-23. I got some bulls eyes! We saved this one target that I was shooting at. I hit the X three times! It was fun. Then we came home and cleaned the guns. Later on I went for a motorcycle ride and we picked up some grinders from subway. Then We went down to the bridge on the creek and ate them in there.
Tonight I ran three miles and worked out some. It felt really good. You'd think running all the time would make you tierd, but Im so much more energetic now! Its true about the endorphins! I love it!

His death is the blazing center of the glory of Fod! If God to be our boast, what he did and what he is in Christ must be our boast!
