Just another update:
This morning I went on another run. Its always so much fun up here in the mountains and the cool clean mountain air! Its nice! And then I did some "dubbing" on my new video camera and then I recorded it all onto a VCR tape. This afternoon dad and I have yet to go on another motorcycle ride! They are soo much fun! Oh...and this lady up here (one of my parents friends) gave me a card with $50 in it and the card said "Have fun in virginia!" so Ive decided to put 1/2 of it in the bank and then spend the other half to get my hair cut! Im excited! well leave a comment or something...
HERE IS A THOUGHT!*** Television is one of the greatest life-wasters of the modern age. The main problem with TV is not how much smut is available, though that is a problem. Just the ads are enough to sow fertile seeds of greed and lust, no matter what program you're watching. The greater problem is banality. A mind fed daily on TV diminishes. Your mind was made to know and love God. its facility for the great calling is ruined by excessive TV. The content is so trivial and so shallow that the capacity of the mind to think worthy thoughts withers, and the capacity of the heart to feel deep emotions shivels.
