Sitting in the library, writing an English paper. I am impressed with it actually. It is on the play: "Spinning Into Butter". The play is about a small liberal arts college in Vermont and what happens when an issue of racism hits the campus. It is very honest and sarcastically humerous; also, it's very modern. I recommend reading it or seeing the play. I am doing both.
So much homework this week. It is unbelievable, well at least to me! Today I have this paper to finish, I have to find an academic article on psych. perspective as it relates to literature and write a report that last 5-10 minutes that goes along with that article, and I have to continue writing my research paper for theology which is due on Friday. Ten page paper due on an issue that if I knew enough about it I could write in a day, but with all the research I have to do I am working on it every day this week. My topic which I chose: The psychology of religion and how it relates to conversion into the Catholic Church. Fun stuff! Actually some of it is kind of interesting but I would rather be taught it then spend time doing it myself. haha, I'm so lazy.
I want to go home this weekend so badly or visit Rachel M., but I doubt either will happen. Damn not having a car and not getting to do things I'd like to do because of it! I am grateful for all that I do have, but a car would make life even better. From pictures her campus looks gorgeous and I've been to St. Augustine once and liked it a lot, most of all I would love to see Rachel! This is my last free weekend before the semester is over. God I can't wait! So ready ready ready! HOME FAMILY FRIENDS CAMP. No shoes in the shower, clean house, soft carpeted floors, walk bare-foot, pool, beach, my bed, my kitties, doing what I want when I want. I hope these next few weeks fly by because I cannot wait. Mainly once I get this week over with, things will be a lot easier. Oh yeah, and finals.
Back to work, bleh.
