Even the best fall down sometimes.
Last night was so nice. A group of 12 of us girls and JC went to a seafood restaraunt on the bay to celebrate Colleen and Jessica's birthday and also to exchange our secret santa gifts. It felt very...calming to be surrounded by new friends, like everything is going to be ok.
Finals are coming up, so much studying to do. Plus, I have a speech on Tuesday and a paper due later this afternoon. But I will be home in 10 days, December 13th! Three whole weeks to do whatever, give and receive presents, see friends I haven't seen since we all went to college, and spend time with family.
I'm going to Tulane with Sam this weekend to go to the football game. It should be fun, her two friends she's grown up with since she was little play for Tulane. They're really good players, Matt and Joe Traina. My first tail-gating experience, woop woop.
I think it is hilarious that I am in college and yet there are still such idiots in my classes. I realize everyone has their off days and can ask some dumb questions because I myself am guilty of some very duh? moments, but that is a big difference than being just plain dumb. I have no idea how some of these people made it to SHC.
He was such a good liar. The thing is there was no reason to lie to me. I feel sorry for you, I hope that life gets better because deep down I think you deserve it.
