I love college! I really do. The people that I go to school with are awesome. Thursday night Sam and I got tipsy and went to Atlantis. Katie, Colleen, and Jackie were supposed to come out with us too but plans got messed up unfortunately. But wherever Sam and I go we always have fun. I was exhausted on Friday so I didn't go downtown. I went to see a movie that night instead. Jessica, Sara, Meghan, Amanda, JC, and I all went to see The Forgotten. I personally thought it was great. 4 of us liked it and 2 of us didn't. I didn't expect it to be scary, well I wouldn't call it scary just surprising, I was jumping out of my seat and screaming in the theater. I slept in till noon yesterday then I went shopping with Laura, Sam, and JC to get stuff for my dorm. I bought a TV, pillows, and blankets. I planned on turning the extra bed into a big couch; you can lower the bed so it would've been perfect. But when I got back I found out some unfortunate news. Jessica doesn't have a room-mate either so she and I will have to be roommates, or one of us will have to room with Ruthie. That is what we heard at least, we have to wait until tomorrow to talk to the area-coordinator. I am pissed off though, Jessica and I shouldn't have to re-arrange everything just because no one will live with Ruthie. I don't mind living with Jessica, it's just the principle of it. That girl does not deserve for everything to work out perfectly for her and everyone else have to re-arrange themselves. So now I will probably have to go to Target to return everything I just bought. I was so excited to make up my room, this makes me so mad. Last night was a very interesting night. I took lots of pictures before we went out, I love pictures. First off I went to Alantis for a couple hours with a small group and more people were meeting us later. By the time everybody else got there it was so packed and we weren't having the best time so we got everyone else waiting in line outside and we went to soul kitchen. There was a blue grass band playing called Rolling in the Hay. I didn't stay long, I left with Hillary, Blake, and Alex and we went to this gay club called Troopers. I have never been to a gay club before and I had the best time. Alex is straight so he and I danced together. Blake is Hillary's gay friend so he introduced us to a lot of people. I thought it was a very interesting experience. There were drag queens there, I thought that was great. Being 17 is hard because I keep having to borrow friend's IDs and its pointless for me to get a fake since I turn 18 in a month. I didn't get back till 5 this morning and I was wiped out. I woke up around 1 by my phone ringing. Heather was calling me about her weekend in Atlanta. I really would love to go with her to Atlanta next time she goes. I watched Pay it Forward with Jackie and just laid around this afternoon.I need to study and get some dinner. I also really need to go to Mass tonight seeing as how I haven't been in two weeks. Oh yeah, I got a job on campus. I am on the phoneathon team. I will be calling alumni and other affiliates of Spring Hill asking them to give money to my school. It's nothing special but it's money and it's very convenient for me.My classes are going so well, I feel relieved, I have been making A's on my tests and presentationd. TTFN, dinner time, yum.
