That's actually a rather complicated title for what is to be a rather simple entry.
Classes for next semester:
Elementary Latin - J. Romm
Rise and Fall of Ancient Rome - Ben Stevens (yay!)
History of East Central Europe Since WWII - Shkliarevsky (so excited about this class)
Intermediate Spanish 202 - Nicole Caso
Don Quixote - Gabriela Carrion
I'm taking five classes instead of four, one of which (the Quixote class) is a level higher than I'm technically supposed to be at, in Spanish, and a class for which I did not take the prerequisite course. But the teacher knows me and I talked her into it...somehow. She called me a pessimist because I didn't write the class down on my registration card before I walked into her office because I was 98% sure she wasn't going to let me in. I don't even know if I will be able to handle that class, but we'll see. It sounded like fun, and it's a lit.
It stormed today which was awesome. Also, Jack condescended to visit me, which was good times.
And I think that might be all there is to say. I'm coming home either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. SO close. Oh, and it's my brother's birthday on Saturday. Jay Sherman is going to be 17, which is weird, because as I keep saying, I was 17 at this time last year. Which is true. So there's that.
