The Sword in the Stone

Jackie, I only just recently picked up the book that you leant me so that I could read the sequel(s) to The Sword in the Stone, and before I started reading in earnest I flipped through The Sword in the Stone at the beginning of the volume because I love it and it gives me a sort of nostalgic pleasure. In flipping through I noticed some capitalized print, the likes of which I had not seen before. I looked at the chapter, detailing how Wart was turned into an ant. I had never seen this chapter before! Upon fishing out my own copy and comparing the two, I discovered that my book has a chapter about him being turned into a snake in place of the ant one. Yours seems to be older than mine, but I haven't been able to figure out why my edition is changed. It's all very strange.

I have yet to hear from Swarthmore. Many other children in our fine state of New York have. It is making me nervous.
