Foul Mood
Stephanie is not a happy camper.
I really really really want to quit Outback, especially after what happened this past week. I'm so sick of working two jobs. I don't know how people do it. I'm burning out, and I'm doing it fast. All I want right now in the world is to have 2 consecutive days off.
Problem. I didn't get the promotion at the Housing Authority. I didn't score high enough on the Civil Service test. Needless to say, the lady downtown took almost 2 months to tell me this. And she only said something because Vinny pressed the Executive Director into inquiring because he was sick of waiting. So, I'm to take the test over again and hopefully score higher. Another Problem. I can't even register to take the test again until after July 15. When I can register, it'll be another month before I can take the test again because there's not a center here in Erie.
I want to put in my two weeks at Outback.
Let's do some quick math. Below is what I make just with the Housing Authority.
227.27 a week x 4 = 909.08 a month.
909.08 - 400.00(rent) = 509.08
509.08 - 105.00(st. loan) = 404.08
404.08 - 146.00(car pay) = 258.08
258.08 - 58.70 (phone) = 199.38
199.38 - 50.00 (elec) = 149.38
149.38 - 29.00 (gas) = 120.38
120.38 - 50.00 (cred card) = 70.38
70.68 - 60.00 (gas car) = 10.68
$10.68 at the end of the month... umm yeah bad. It's hard living on $7.50 an hour. Help...
