Database Fragmentation

Getting a headache from attempting to sync my various contacts list.
They are spread out over 3 email accounts, 2 different HPs, the desktop & laptop.
Even the entries within the SIM card & existing phone are different.

And should i abandon my:

1) Hotmail account - coz its only used for MSN access?
2) Yahoo! account - main account but bogged down by the irritating add-ons?
3) Gmail account - plain bare & totally empty.
