Pan Pacific Orchard (the former Hotel Negara)
Had the international buffet dinner there earlier.
The revamped hotel is modern, classy and cosy at the same time.
Service there is very good and all the staff can speak proper, fluent english.
The buffet includes Boston lobsters and the usual seafood items (oysters/sushi, etc).
Not a lot of variety but i would say that each item is above average,
especially the salads, bread and cakes/deserts.
Excellent in-house rum & raisin ice-cream.
I would say its way better than Ben & Jerrys or Udders.
Oh and there's a GIGANTIC chocolate fountain.
$45+++ for dinner.
4th person dines free with UOB cards.
