Second Sea Wind // video

[As the video comes on, Michiru is slipping the violin between her chin and shoulder with the ease of long practice. She doesn't look at the PCD as she sets the bow to the strings and draws forth a single, clear note. She lifts the bow and lets the sound die away naturally before a small smile crosses her face and she sets the bow back on the strings and begins to play.

It's a fast tune, one obviously designed to test (and show off) the player's skill, but she plays with an effortless grace. She's closed her eyes as she started, and dances a little as she plays, hips swinging, feet moving in perfect time.

Finally, the song ends, and there's some obvious reluctance in her expression as she opens her eyes and removes the violin. But when she faces the PCD, her expression is one of polite interest, nothing more.]

Though it is of course of little practical use here, I do wonder if there is anyone else who plays instruments of any kind? I have always found music a good sooth for the soul, and it seems there might be need of such here.

ever enigmatic, she plays the violin, the things i do best, music to soothe, yes michiru is more talented than you
