Just a quick comment to say that I like your Ukitake a great deal and it's a pleasure to play with you. Usually I suck at crack, so XD

Why thank you, kind person! 8D; Don't mind me, I am now going to go off on my own and flail about happily for a bit, as this feedback has made my day.

/flails

But seriously, I'm happy to hear it! 8) And I think you throw about the crack quite nicely myself, this thread is so full of lulz *A* You play a pretty awesome Kyouraku yourself~! It's been enjoyable interacting with him =w= ♥!!!

Well, I have to have a good partner to write the crack, regardless of character.

And seriously, I am glad you like him (I only picked him up a month or so ago and never intended to play him much hahah) but... my playing of Kyouraku is also, I think, linked inextricably to the Ukitakes I am playing against. They suit how I play him best when they're at the more ornery and stubborn end of the scale (....and more prone to random violence against his person, apparently - though mine isn't averse to offering it in return on occasion).

SO I GUESS THAT JUST MAKES YOU LOOK BETTER ALL WAYS ROUND, HUH? DAMN YOU UKITAKES, ALL THE SAME. YOU ALWAYS WIN (except when you ttly don't because Shunsui knows how to play you when he's in the mood).

fffff crack is always a new experience for me, I just kinda...throw out whatever. Which is...probably the entire point of crack anyways BUT THAT IS VERY MUCH BESIDE THE POINT >>; So I suppose this puts us on even ground! /o/

Aha, I've seen him around several times and.......may or may not have stalked some threads on occasion, so considering how recently you picked him up I think you're doing a great job. :Dd And lmao yeah I've always thought Ukitake and Kyouraku bounce off each other better with argumental conversations and lolpunches here and there - standard bff broseph behavior XD;

YEP, ALWAYS~! 8] (Except yeah when Shunsui feels like one-upping them - DAMMIT KYOURAKU YOU KNOW HIS WEAK POINTS TOO WELL SOB)

I usually end up scrambling at it as I generally choose srs characters. Shunsui is the most well adjusted I play, I think! Though given recent canon behaviour and revelations *coughs* maybe not as well-adjusted as previously thought and certainly a deal less "laid back good guy" despite appearances :D

Really? Ahah *flails in return*. Mostly I have been playing him at BDR because GB's Yoru-mun tempted me there. Before that I had only played him once really, on a fourth wall meme with a memory loss version of Ukitake. That was... special, since that is where the zanpaktou injury occurred XD

Indeed. A lot of their appeal is in the non-sugary nature of their friendship to me. I also play Edgeworth from Ace Attorney and Kisame from Naruto, and their relationships with their "other halves" - ie. Phoenix Wright and Uchiha Itachi - are also much more enjoyable when they involve verbal sparring and the occasional dose of violence, regardless of what flavour of personal involvement they're played as having. It's a guy thing and is fun to play ( ... )
