Рисовальщик, гравер и издатель, одно время работал с Гольциусом, с 1592 года работал уже самостоятельно.
В первой части- солдаты, мушкетеры, офицеры, такая же большая серия Гольциуса тоже выложена, по тэгу "военные".

Draughtsman, engraver and publisher; born in Antwerp; with Goltzius in Haarlem 1585-90; then settled in Amsterdam; in 1592 de Gheyn began to publish prints himself, some after his own designs but still many after van Mander; like Goltzius, he gave up printmaking and publishing to paint in 1600.
