Binge and starve
Oy. Fatness upon fatness. I have discovered that, while I used to classify myself as ednos with anorexic tendencies... I think I am going to have to change the diagnosis to ednos with binge-eating tendencies. I have taken NUMEROUS online quizzes (not the most reliable source, I know... but at least one of them was through my work's health-management website which is reputable)... and they all state that I have more of a tendency toward bingeing. And since I am pretty close to being considered overweight, the anorexia thing got ruled out.
So I am going to try something else. I got The Longevity Diet and I am currently reading it for the 2nd time to highlight all the important stuff. I need to make a change...stop fasting and then bingeing. Grrr. I need to find something that works for me to have control over food instead of vice versa.
