HALLOWEEN PLOT - Start - Will o' the Wisp
*After two solid days of rain and wind, the storm has finally abated. The sky no longer looks quite as dark and threatening, although light grey clouds remain hanging over the area. The yellow-green sparks that you may have seen leaping across roofs and between the clouds have vanished, as well.*
*Perhaps, though... was that one you just saw out of the corner of your eye? No... it's much smaller, and much softer-looking. These motes of light have begun to drift throughout town after the storm, casting soft green and blue glows on the streets as they go. They float like seeds borne on the wind, but continue their courses even when the air is still. Where are they going? What are they there for? What do they do? Who knows?*
