Personality:
Yuki is a human with a very powerful and moving personality. She is often considered a ray of sunlight due to her ginormous and caring heart. She tends to make an impact with everyone she meets and she will easily give up her life trying to protect them. Yes it makes her a bit naive, but this is something that flows out of her. Of course like any person Yuki has a bit of a strict and aggressive side. This is shown when she is working as a guardian. The job requires a lot of patience, work and secrecy. Ironically enough the job is to protect the vampires that go to Cross Academy from the humans. Even with this job Yuki is just your average run of the mill fifteen year old. However she isn't exactly like this on the inside.
Yuki comes from a world of darkness. Her first memory is of a blood thirsty vampire trying to come after her. Even so she tends to be very cheerful and tries her hardest to brighten peoples days. Yuki will even go as far as to sing, dance, and cheer all to lighten up the mood. She also enjoys things that bring her joy such as hanging with friends that make her happy, cute stuff, treats, and most of all seeing everyone she knows happy. You can imagine this would take a lot of energy but for Yuki it's as easy as breathing air. This all adds on to the fact that she is very childish and very naive. In some sense one could say this was all created by her mind to protect and block out the darkness and fear that lies in her.
As a strong person Yuki knows how to carry herself and does it very well. She is strong, brave, confident in herself and stands up for what she believes in and for others. Yuki tends to carry this a bit too overboard and is often seen as a pesty brat that speaks too much. However this does not stop her from being herself. She also tends to be very determined and demands that her way is the correct one. When it backfires she laughs it off and tries to change the subject.
Yuki tends to be more closed in on people she doesn't know. Not to say that she won't speak her mind or act confident as usual, but she tends to be more careful with what she says. However this doesn't stop her from standing up for what she believes!
Even with all her great qualities Yuki tends to be a bit lazy when it comes to certain things such as schoolwork and cooking. She is also a rebel who adores keeping her hair short, acting like a wild and loose child, and is very tomboyish. She has no idea whatsoever as to true refined manners, sure she'll say please and thank you and use a spoon but she won't go as far as dressing all nice and fancy unless told to. She also tends to be very open and will even go as far as sharing a bathroom with a person of a different gender. However this person has to be someone she knows very well.
Yuki is trained to fight and can do things like wander out at night without fear (the guardian job is at night) but because as a child she was raised and spent her childhood in a basement without anyone from her family protecting her, she tends to be a bit dependent on either Zero or Kaname. Zero because he has practically been living with her for almost five years, and Kaname because he saved her from that terrible day the vampire tried to eat her. Yes Yuki will fight back but not the fullest of her abilities. In some sense she waits for someone to come and save her. Also she will try and defend someone she knows but only if it's an attack. When it came to someone falling in episode 2 of the series, Yuki just stood there, closed her eyes, and waited for a miracle to happen.
When it comes to relationships Yuki tends to be very open with the person/people she cares for. With Zero she often lets him know that he can count on her and he can drink her blood when he has to. With Kaname she used to tell him everything that happened to her and when she stopped it was because she feared the other vampires that began living with him at the school. But this does not mean that she stopped having strong feelings for him. Yuki sees him as the man who saved her, the vampire that cares for humans, and the person she secretly wants to date and be with. However this is a dream that she herself currently does not see happening.
One of Yuki's greatest fear is being eaten by a vampire. Oddly enough she doesn't fear vampires especially Kaname.

Nothing out of the ordinary but Yuki is very flexible, athletic and can move quickly. She is also shown jumping from high buildings.
