I assume that by this "Snark", you are insinuating that basic Sigil Construction is something that is just common knowledge.
I think that you'd be shocked how many people have never heard this simple technique for creating sigils. You'd be surprised how many people didn't know what a "sigil" was, even in the "occult" community.
Now you have a choice before you: you can accept that not everyone has read the same books you have or encountered the same training/teaching you have, and stop being a snarky prick when it isn't necessary...
OR
You can reject the idea that not everyone knows about sigils or some of the basic techniques of their construction and continue on your merry. I wish you well either way.

oh i think it neat. i want to make one for my character, i have a friend who thinks my 'alpha' character is real and me, and a demonic harbinger of the end of the world.
maybe i can have more help making a glyph for "alpha"

There haven't been enough depictions of the letter scramble method yet. Also, there aren't enough Magic 101 books at your local Borders or Barnes & Noble. :p
As a casual and curious observer of this community more than anything else, I found this not only very fun to read but incredibly inspiring. Thank you!
