During the blackout it seems there were two big incidents, as far as I know; I was running around trying to keep patients together. Not everyone was accounted for. One big incident is that, ah... Unfortunately. A girl named Sakura Kinomoto was, um. Hurt really badly. You should ask Martha about that if she hasn't told you already. For now, I'm pretty sure we don't know who was responsible for who hurt her.
The next big incident is that a man named Erol was brutally beaten, then strung up in a bathroom stall by bungee cords. We have two suspects of who was responsible for this: Rena Ryuguu and Jack Napier. Lookin' like we're gonna do something like a trial to determine who the real culprit was. Which is fine; we got the best defense attorney an' prosecutor in the hospital already! (But I feel real bad that they're doin' this. Guess they miss their old jobs just like I do.)
My money's on Jack Napier bein' responsible for the Erol case. It's basically got his name written all over it, based on th'
Completely Napier's M.O. Not even trying to hide it. God, I want him out of this place and transferred to a prison with some criminal psychologists and therapists...
Not yet. It's been something Martha and I have been investigating. Relevant to all of our patients from Silent Hill. It's a hyper powerful hallucinogen, can only be made in Silent Hill. Has a bigger kick than any drug on the streets right now. Can stay in the body for years.
From what I understand, that guy's from Arkham Asylum back in the states. It's more like a prison than this place. I dunno why they sent him here of all places. We gotta see if we can transfer him out, pal. He's way dangerous. Him and Matt Engarde.
Jeez; that's crazy. Never heard of that back in L.A. Sure seems to be a lot of patients from Silent Hill -- but then, there's tons of familiar faces for me here, too. Bunch of us from L.A. Kind of weird.
Matt Engarde... I know he's harassed Rena in the past. Puts her close to her breaking point. Get them both out. Sometimes I just want to take them all back home with me, put them in a place that can get them some real help.
White Claudia can't be made outside of Silent Hill, which is why it hasn't spread very far outside of Maine. It's supposedly connected to some death cult back there, but it's very hard digging up information on them... I was investigating them before I started switching over to the medical field.
Engarde's also basically a murder, pal. He caused a woman to commit suicide, and hired an assassin to murder for him. He's caused a lot of us a world of trouble before. No matter what act he pulls, never trust him!
So this White Claudia stuff could be making those patients nuts, basically?
I know, I read up on his file. There's no organization here. You don't mix volatile patients like these all together, they're usually handled individually...
Yes. There are very common links between people infected with White Claudia. Hallucinations of blood, rust, monsters... the overall effect on a person may change, but they all tend to see similar things.
I'm fairly certain the death cult loaded them up with it while they were out of it at some point. Harry remembers being injected with something back at the Silent Hill hospital that definitely wasn't a pain killer. Why they do it, I'm not sure... serving out some act of their 'god', I imagine...
Coffee would be great! I agree, pal!

I gotta wonder -- why do these patients even have that stuff in their blood to begin with?
