Another Naruto RPC?

Well, this will be my first time posting here. :3

Character Name: Kirisumi, Shiro (last, first)
He also has a second name, Taikimaru. His mom thought it was cute to name him after a brand of diapers. Most people don't know his second name, but start laughing if they do find out.

Brief background of character:

Shiro was a young, poor-but-happy fisherboy who lived in the Mist Village. He attended the village's academy, which was supported by richer countries sorrounding them. However, during his first few months of his attendance, a group called the Akatsuki came and warned them of an incoming war. (Note: In my RPs, the Akatsuki have taken over the world) They said they would allow people to be protected from the attacks, but they had to be put through a test to make sure they wouldn't rebel. Shiro and his family, except his father, all passed this along with many other families.

They were kept in a hidden shelter out of the various ones Madara created in the River Country, and were always watched closely. A few days later, the war did take place. They were kept safe and were told they would have new homes to live in. They kept what they said, giving Shiro's family a small house that wasn't too far from the Akatsuki base. Their dad turned out to be alive, returning safely, but with an arm missing.

Not too long after, life became normal again, and the academy was rebuilt. Shiro continued his studying there and graduated at 12.

Character's position or job:  He's a genin at 12, on the better end. He had one of the best grades in the Academy (not the best though), and would be about with Kiba, but below Sasuke, Neji, and Naruto as genins if there was a scale. He passed the Chuunin exam on his first try, but waited before entering the first upcoming one from his graduation. That means he entered the second upcoming one, and was 14.

Strengths/Skills: He mostly uses taijutsu, and he's very skilled with it. Not Rock Lee skilled, but enough to make most people of equal level shudder. He knows a variety of battle tactics, and has a jutsu where he creates water from his chakra and send them flying as projectiles. He could also do this with other water as well, and it would be quite deadly to fight him on a body of it, since the projectiles would be as if they were real. (They disappear after a use though, but he can keep making more) Outside of battle, he can sail and fish.

Are these skills typical of the fandom? If not, why?: Yup. Least I think.

Weaknesses/Bad habits: He's overdramatic and over reacts at times, and easily surprised if he's not on a mission. He also loses a lot of friends with his impish personality, as he tends to embarass them and make fun of them, although he's really joking around. He doesn't know when people take things as an insult, and can't apply "How would you feel if they said that to you?" since he laughs when people insults him, so he's very naive. He also can't use genjutsu, because even if he knows a lot of battle tactics, his intelligence isn't very high. Also, users who control electricity wont have much of a threat when dealing with his ninjutsu.

He has a fear of losing those close to him, and has an unexplained fear of onions.

Distinctive features, if any: Very handsome and muscular at first glance, but he actually has some ugly scars on his body from fishing and sailing a lot. Handsome enough to have fangirls and one of the hearthrobs of the class. And if an outfit counts, he would wear a sailor's uniform. He starts wearing a mask "because he wants to" at 12, but the academy students and teachers already knew how he looked like before wearing one.

Are these features unique in the fandom? If so, why?:  No, I don't think so.

Connections to canon characters (if any): Er, in my RolePlays, he's best friends with Madara's daughter. (This is years after the series ends)

How does your character get on with those around him/her?: Most girls would think he's hot, but once they start flirting with him, they see he lacks a sex drive or any attraction to girls. Or boys. And he'd probably insult them happily without realizing he's actually hurting their feelings. Most boys would like having around, but then get annoyed with his comments.

Other: Hopefully being handsome and strong doesn't mean he's a Stu and he has real flaws. O_o

Thanks to demonoflight for pointing the Hidden Village thing out to me. ^_^
