I posted this at my personal lj ages ago when I first watched the Vampire Knight anime (I watched the first season of the anime before beginning to read the manga) and I figured I may as well cross-post it here even though it is old it's anime stuff

Chapter 60 (A Nostalgic Scent) was full of Zeki goodness so...I'm still hopeful that eventually Yuuki will end back in Zero's arms (I miss all the Zeki hugs)!
Kaname/Yuuki is definitely going very strong at the moment though, so I think if Hino plans for Zeki to get back together, it's not going to be any time soon :/

Definitely Zeki for the win! I hope things turn around for my favorite VK ship...I mean, if Kaname/Yuuki are the end pairing then I'm ready to accept that as Hino's choice, but I think Zero/Yuuki still have a chance to be together :)

For me, it's things like the VK art book cover that make me feel like Zero/Yuuki still have a chance - I mean, if Kaname/Yuuki are going to be the end-game couple, I feel like they should be on the front cover, but they aren't, it's Zero/Yuuki and Kaname is on the back cover - I feel that's a good sign for Zero/Yuuki :D

LOL the end is me being sarcastic because the way I see it in the Vampire Knight anime (first season) it feels like Zero is Yuuki's true love and Yuuki's feelings for Kaname are just hero worship/a crush. I don't hate Yume, and I understand why people ship them, but they're just not a pairing that I love the way I love Zero/Yuuki ;)
