Random Day
So I had this presentation today. I was supposed to pretend to be a stage manager and call one musical number for a show, so yesterday I put the DVD in my computer and it DOESN'T WORK. It also didn't work in Jen's computer or my regular DVD player. But it worked on the school one last week. So I'm like, well shit, and I email my professor. She's all well you should've figured this out sooner, come in early to work on it. So I do that and It DOESN'T WORK AGAIN. WTF. So at this point I'm thinking I'm pretty fucked. Then she comes in half an hour before class to let me use her copy because she's awesome. But the sound didn't work on 3 different computers. She comes back in and gets it working for me 10 minutes before class. So at that point I was like I AM SO FUCKING ROYALLY FUCKED IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY. But thank god I picked position 9 out of the hat and got to see other people go. I fucking ROCKED that shit, yo. 94% in your faceeeee! I don't even know how the fuck that happened. Really.
I also sewed an ugly burlap sack dress for a Macbeth cripple at practicum, which was fun. And labeled a bunch of pants. Yay pants. Tomorrow I'm meeting with the director of the student film I'm working on next quarter, so that should be sweeeet. I had fucking Haul Out The Hollys stuck in my head for forever though cause that was the song and dance number we had to call. Oh god. So annoying.
And the perfume I ordered in the mail came in today! It smells gooood. I got Kat Von D's Sinner and Saint scents, because I'm COOL, don't deny.
I also have a teeny tiny little bottle of Gaultier 2, so that's a check on my Day Zero list! Since I last checked, I've completed these 3: #30 - Get 3 different scents of perfume, #66 - Reorganize my iTunes playlists, and #96 - Back up my files on an external hard drive. 5% total complete!
