STAB.
OK so I just ranted at Twitter and my roommate, but I still want to rant to LJ because I'm fucking annoyed still.
My hot fashion teacher won't give me above a B on my fucking sketchbook every week no matter how hard I work on it. It's like WTF. I don't know what to do anymore! His comments this time were fairly useless things like: make all the faces and hair the same on the models, don't overuse the pen (which WTF because I don't even get how it's overused - all I did was outline, which is the same thing I've done every other time). I got 1.5/2 on the 100% color category even though I don't get how my coloring is any worse or less complete than it is when he gives me a 2/2.
Oh and my favorite was "make your croquis less goth/band/rock inspired" REALLY?? BTW he's not even supposed to grade us on the designs, but the technical drawing aspects. And besides which, it's not like I haven't done other things, either. The first 3 categories weren't band or rock inspired, it just so happens that I thought the 'black' category would be cool with a metal theme and 'plaids and stripes' with punk. This makes me really sad because for the next one (oversized) I was gonna do grunge. Which I'll probably still do, just with less overtly band-y research, ha.
All in all, my teacher is a dick... but still hot.
I'm torn between napping and drawing McGee dressed in his Jo Bro Halloween costume. Choices, choices.
Also I've decided to be a half-ass Clockwork Orange droogie for Halloween. Though I don't have any plans yet. Aside from possibly harassing Emily, haha.
