Holy crap! A title!
At long, long, long, long last, I am pleased to announce that I have a title for the dread mer-Gojyo fic! HOORAY! I am just so very, very happy to have found the right name for the story after...goodness...like three months? Four? I've lost count.
Are you ready for this? XD
The new title for the epic mer-gojyo story is: "Two if by Sea: By Water (And By Blood)"
Interestingly enough, not only have I lifted a smidgen from Longfellow, but I spent a good deal of time leafing through a hymnal for inspiring phrases. And man, can I say, skimming a hymnal and jumbling the lyrics together is an excellent way to come up with potential titles for stories!
I realize it's a fairly long title, and I don't intend to use the whole thing all the time. Two if by Sea is probably an adequate short title, and I'm still going to keep it all tagged as mer-gojyo to help ease the confusion of plonking a title on something that's been without one so long. (I just like knowing that I have the title all wrapped up. Also, I am fond of stories that have sub-titles.) I promise the title makes absolutely perfect sense, and it will go with the story even better as I continue to put up the new material.
I shall be updating the story soon, probably tomorrow. I've just got a little reading over to do before then, to make sure it all makes sense. See you all later!
