Recently, there was a store wide 20% discount at play-asia.com. This included their Wii set which I had been eyeing ever since they stocked it. After the discount, the set came up to about 1,100 which is pretty darned cheap considering one of the shops I've seen mark it up to 2,300.
Was a very trying time, unchecking it from my shopping cart T_T
It's a good thing too. As it turns out, the set + shipping + import tax would make it to about 1400 or more. At 1,400, I could pick a set up with a copy of Wii Sports and probably Warioware as well.
I probably need to start selling char kuay teow at night to afford it at this rate >.
