Kim Jaejoong (incubus)
Age: 23
Background: Born in poverty and orphaned at a young age. Dabbled in drug dealings and triads to earn money, but his pretty features attracted too much attention from the men and he was almost gang-raped. Papi (Kits 'uncle') managed to fend off the assaulters and saved Jaejoong.
Eye colour: Dark mulberry wine. Darkens into raven black.
Likes: The colour black. Likes accessories. His favourite season is winter. Has a habit of putting too much sugar into black coffee.
Dislikes: Any loud noises tick him off because he is a light sleeper. Strong aversion to rabbits. They creep him out. *hmmm…*
Job: Works as a host at Kit's establishment, called ‘Kumiho’. His nickname is ‘Kotaishi’, which literally means ‘crown prince’ in Japanese. He’s more popular with young women as they prefer his “bad boy” looks.

Jung Yunho (Vampire)
Age: Around 25.

Background: Son of one of Korea’s most prominent, top-ranking military generals in the past. When he was turned into a vampire, he lost all memory of his human life.
Eye colour: Light blond, darkens into tawny orbs of caramel
Likes: Sour plum candy. Likes the smell of rain.
Dislikes: Cabbage. Is intolerant of dogs, he cannot fathom their inner mind (lol).
Job: starts off initially working as Jaejoong's ‘assistant’. But he soons learns fast and evolves into Jaejoong's official bodyguard, among other things *snicker*

Park Yoochun (Vampire)
Age: 23
Background: Born in the street gutters of industrialising Seoul, just after Korea became a protectorate of Japan on 25 July 1905. He was one of the first few men, who established a growing mafia gang within downtown Seoul, and he controlled most of the underhanded trade that bloomed during the past.
Eye colour: Fizzling champagne. Darkens into golden whisky.
Likes: Black, bitter coffee. Smoking menthol cigarettes during the dead of the nights.
Dislikes: The taste of ginseng.
Job: Works as Junsu's official bodyguard and servant, by the name of Micky. He also doubles as the establishment’s resident pianist.

Kim Junsu (incubus)
Age: 24
Background: A countryside farm boy who travelled to the city in hopes of a job whilst the economy was building up. Turned into an incubus just after the Japanese annexation of Korea in 1910. He was saved by Kit and followed her back to Japan for a short trip before returning home.
Eye colour: Warm hazel. Darkens into russet chocolate.
Likes: Mango. The colour white and yellow. He likes to stand in a breeze next to the sea. It reminds him of his childhood.
Dislikes: The smell of burnt plastic. The taste of coriander.
Job: He started off as an apprentice under Lily's care when he entered Kit's Okiya. He is the original co-founder and most popular host working at Kit's establishment. He is extremely favoured by older women, ranging from late twenties to early forties. They find that he is able to amuse them and make them feel young again.

Changmin (nine-tailed fox spirit/ kitsune)
Age: Has changed his appearance to around 24.
Background: Born directly under the cusp of the full moon within a cave on Mount Poroshiri in Hokkaido. Left his parents after 5 years and travelled to Asakusa Hanamachi, during the Edo period, 1820s in order to meet his aunt, Kit. Has stayed with her ever since, although will leave occasionally for long periods of solitude. Trained under Papi(Oldest Kitsune in Tokyo) as an accomplished assassin and studied the art of poison for 6 years.
Eye colour: roasted chestnuts. Darkens into burnt copper.
Likes: The smell of sakura blossoms. Will usually stroll along the banks of the Kanda River within Inokashira Park during cherry blossom festivals.
Dislikes: He has great distaste for the smell of exhaust from cars. Has a deathly fear of dogs.
Job: Initially started working as a servant boy to Kit and ran errands for her before shifting to Papi’s care. He was trained into a fully accomplished assassin and assisted many a time in various yakuza wars during the Edo period.

Kit (nine-tailed fox spirit/ kitsune)
Age: appears 27
Background: Born in the Edo Period, around 1730s on Mount Tokashi in Hokkaido. She was a nomadic fox spirit, just like most of her kind, rarely seeing another Kitsune for long periods of time. Usually portrayed herself as a lost courtesan to roving bandit gangs, allowing them to capture her before she fed. She met Papi when she ventured into the Asakusa Hanamachi and was brought under his wing as a new maiko in his Okiya. She met Lily much later on.
Eye colour: Auburn hazel. Darkens into burnt sienna.
Likes: Drinking Jasmine Tea. Eating botamochi [a sweet rice ball wrapped with anko (or an, thick azuki bean paste).] TOFU.
Dislikes: Has a deathly fear of dogs. The colour purple.
Job: Started out as a Maiko then a fully fledged geisha in Papi’s Okiya. She later took over after Papi retired and she became the Oka-san presiding over the Okiya.
Lily (Vampire)
Age:26
Background: She was made around the 1750s in the Edo Period. She was originally an Oiran(courtesan) who was highly sought after in Yoshiwara (吉原), which was a famous Akasen district (red-light district) in Edo, present-day Tōkyō, Japan.
Eye colour: Stained with crimson. It is often a slight rosy hue around the irises. Darkens into the colour of pitch tar.
Likes: Strawberries. The Lily flower. The colour red.
Dislikes: the colour purple or lilac. Hates mornings. The sun is too bright at that time.
Job: Shortly after she turned into a vampire, she hid away in the countryside for a while until everyone forgot her identity before proceeding back into the city. She worked as a maiko in Papi’s Okiya, managed under Kit's care. She became mentor to Junsu when he was accepted into the Okiya as well.
Yozora (よぞら)
[yozora is in memory of my own cat, 'savage', who died a few years ago unfortunately to kidney failure. i loved him dearly and cherished the nights when we would snuggle up under the covers beneath the midnight sky and his thrumming purr would be all i hear before i sleep. so in my own little way, i hope yozo will be able to do 'savage' justice and i hope you guys all come to like him... *note- these cat pictures are not 'savage', if i have time, i might scan up his pic for you guys.. first i have to find it. hehehe*}
