I like this one - Kali's seeming more human by the day, and your other OCs are really fleshing out. You probably could have split it into several shorter chapters - I did notice one or two natural break points - but there's not really any particular need to, right?

I suppose she is... though she'd still have a looooooooooooooooong way to go to get there. ;) And it was supposed to be all one post, but LJ wouldn't let me. *grins* Never actually had that happen before. ^_^
