Joshua fed the racoon
We have an intermittent racoon problem. The problem is that the racoon likes to come in through the cat door and eat the catfood. We think it started visiting while we were away and the cats were here alone much of the day. Now it only creeps in when the house is very quiet (as in when Joshua is lying on the couch and we are out).
It came in yesterday.
Joshua chased it out.
It came back later.
He chased it out.
Then he felt sorry for it. He said "it must be very hungry". He threw a muffin out into the garden for it and it took it and then sat on the fence for a while.
Anyone else think this a less-than-stellar if compassionate idea.
