Further silliness
Cliff did an interview while at SupaNova. He posted the link on Twitter (on an aside, he's getting pretty good at that sort of thing, despite a self-proclamation he's computer illiterate) so I downloaded it.
There's no terribly new ground covered, although he did chat about DUST for the longest I've ever heard him. I'm assuming this mean good things, and he sounded very positive. But he was asked about the variety in his career and about musical ability.
Now in retrospect it's possible that I shouldn't have been on Twitter whilst listening to the interview. Or at least not at the same time that he was (commenting on the GP, which was funny as fuck). Because I... had a slight filter failure and posted something that... Look, he said that he sung like crap and I happened to point out that singing like crap worked well enough for David Hasselhoff.
Which Cliff promptly retweeted, causing me to laugh so hard I nearly broke something.
So having apparently bonded over that and my eager urgings that he get DUST out, we then had a short chat about Formula One. Thinking about it, talking about cars with Cliff Simon on Twitter is possibly the most surreal thing I've ever done.
