Tutorial on JPEG compression in PSP

I have PSP8, set to PSP7 settings. So this tutorial might not be exactly how to make your JPEGs great quality in PSP, but I'm pretty sure it's vaguely the same in most programs.



Once you have your icon or picture, go to File > Export > JPEG Optimizer, as seen below.



You'll then be brought to this screen, or something like it:



Change the settings to the ones seen above. You don't have to mess with any of the other tabs.

Hit OK, and then save your image.

Always save your images this way. It'll keep them from getting scuzzy and blurry.
