signs of life
Hey, everyone!
It's been a while since you guys got a base or icon post out of me. The reason for that is that I've been doing lots of "behind-the-scenes" work - gathering quotes, saving pictures, making bases.
You can all expect several large base posts filled with restriction-free (no pictures from Getty or the like) bases of all sorts, as well as varied icon sets from me.
I wanted to give you all a little preview of one of the sets I'm working on, so I've put together a post of the first 25 icons resulting from this meme. They feature quotes from various people (sources* in the filenames), and the bases are textures from my stash.
Credit is appreciated but not necessary, but what you must do is tell me what you took - preferably by filename. =)
As an aside, I'm going to extend the current contest (click me, I'm a link!) deadline from 11PM EST on Friday, April 27th to 11PM EST on Monday, April 30th. I'm going to be busy that weekend and figured I'd give you all a bit of extra time to enter.
* = It is possible that quotes attributed to one person were actually said by another, or were never said at all by them. For the sake of my sanity, let's all just assume they came from where ThinkExist says they came from.
