Clara's icons: Vintage Produce Labels
Someone passed on a link of vintage produce labels to me. I'm not usually worried about PC stuff, but even I found a lot of these to be pretty racist and/or sexist. But the colours are so pretty! So I made some of the benign ones into icons. And yes, I consider these icons and note bases -- they took a lot of work to make nice, and I can't imagine adding text to them anyway.
There are strange combinations -- Ariel remarked on lions and iceberg lettuce -- because they are all labels for produce packaging. I can't figure out the connection either, but it's amusing.
I'm not feeling wordy. You knew this is coming, but I have to say it: tell me which ones you take, if any!
