Photoshop Snow Tutorial
By request, I've put together a tutorial for snowfall icons. It uses PS 7 and ImageReady.
You'll need to have a basic knowledge of Photoshop (duplicating layers, moving parts of the image around with the Move tool, that sort of thing).
