- I've realized recently that of the many "favorites" I may have (because I have a tendency to easily like things for different reasons), I love the art and beauty of the smile. I love smiling at people and hoping for a smile back, hoping that I've somehow made someone lighter. (Does this make me strange?) I'll be the possible girl skipping down a road grinning at nothing and everything. Really, such a simple thing sometimes. A smile, a giggle, a laugh... I think it's one of the brightest feelings in the world, even when we're at rock bottom. :3
- Quote of the night (because it's one of the things I'm reading right now):
"The woman laughed again, but it was a laugh like the sudden knowledge of your own death, and many of the people who lay on the ground whimpered or cried out." - Robin McKinley, Spindle's End
- The Tony's are an AWESOME awards show.
- Has anyone read The Heart of Power: Heath and Politics in the Oval Office by David Blumenthal and James A. Morone? Reeeeally interesting. (Senator James Hamilton Lewis... I am laughing at this entire part. Really.)
- I love... lots of things right now. I love life. I love my family, and I love my friends. I think I need to remind myself of that. :) *hugs everyone*
- Though gmail apparently hates me at times. :3 Or maybe it's feuding with my computer?
Now, if I can only focus on things I need to get done. LOL! Good night (or day or somewhere in between).
EDIT because I have just noticed the ironies between my first and second point. XD
