Oh wow this is really intense dude!
That whole opening sequence with the flashes and all the men kind of morphing into one another was amazing.
You definitely captured all the different issues perfectly, it came across very clearly. I love this so much!

The end is definitely take-back-y. :D I think your reading is interesting and perfectly valid, because one of the effects of BtVS constructing its instances of patriarchy *is* the fact that Buffy and the others are locked into these structures even though they're supposed to be feminist protagonists.
