Accomodation
The latest newsworthy item here is scheduling.
I am suddenly (?) in charge of all schedules for 2 sets of employees. I like the puzzle every month, but there is one person in one of the groups who is particularly trying.
This person is a male who was culturally brought up to think that everyone is more or less below him in the pecking order. This brings issues each month when he decides that he needs days off, but does not think, nor does he even care how that affects the people around him.
This June, it looks as if those other people are not going to accomodate him and I'm grounding myself for either the silent treatment or a full-on war.
