I think I prefer the B-side version of "Cabbagetown," because I like the guitar sound better. I do like the line "Camels have hard eyes and dead men don't talk back," though, and that's only in the DAS version.

i like how haunting the vocals sound in the DAS version. and the "camels" line is awesome.

Of course, camels really have big soft brown eyes with long beautiful lashes. Then they spit at you.

...my friends and I wrote a song with lyrics like that and I found it odd that you were mentioning similar reasoning.
