Plutonium is a heavy metal (like cadmium), and take a while to kill you.

In smaller doses, you're looking at increased rates for bone, liver and lung cancer over time. Inhalation is worse than consumption.

If you inhaled a lot, you'd probably feel really, really bad. You would vomit, experience explosive diarrhea, joint/muscle weakness, and sores. You'd probably have a seizure or two. You might lose sensation in parts of your body. Lots of fever.

I'm glad we can all come together and agree that actually using the word 'insufflate' outside of a medical or religious context is something to be avoided like the plague.
