I'm trying out the blood type diet to see if it makes a difference in how I've been feeling lately;
luckily, it advises that people of my blood type to not drink liquor or beer: sweet.
unluckily, some of my all-time favorite things to eat are nixed as well: Eel, cashews, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, mangoes, most things with flour(unless it's rice flour), peppers, bananas, citrus fruits(except grapefruit), eggplant, olives(!), pickles(!!), and granola :(
I just want to try this out for a month or so and see if it levels me out emotionally, or if there are any positive changes whatsoever.
