so last night when i got home i started getting a migraine. stupid me, i didn't take anything for it until almost 9pm. and by then it was incredibly too late and full blown. i laid down until jeff got home around 10:30ish. i woke up and the migraine was still full blown, if not worse. he gave me some of my hydrocodone...and that didn't help either

Then sometimes life just sucks and I wake up with them. Nothing I can do about those but wait until the sun goes down.
Florescent lights can give me one or make one worse. The vibrations in them hurt. I'd rather sit up front at work under the BRIGHTER halogen lights than at my desk in back under florescent lights since the halogen lights don't buzz and flicker. If I get a migraine from a computer, it's usually an ergonomics issue and my shoulder will spaz out. I've been doing a lot of massage therapy for my migraines recently and it's really helped. It's closer to physical therapy on my neck than massage, but the difference is huge. It makes me wonder if my are not neuro-muscular based since I've never been able to track obvious triggers. My back xrays also show no curvature in my neck at all and lots of muscles overcompensating to try to pull my neck where it's supposed to be.
