So, I finally read BREAKING DAWN, by Stephenie Meyer, the last book of the Twilight saga - of course in English since the Italian version still hasn't been published: some things were clichés, others were unexpected (like Jacob&Nessie) but I liked how it ended: my favourite part is Book 3, while I found Book 2 a bit gross and grottesque.
I'm not happy with the actors chosen for the movie, especially I don't like Edward! Not only he's not very handsome (his nose is crooked, for God's sake!) but from what I've seen he's not that good at acting, I already didn't like him as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter 4... sorry to all his fans, but I really don't like him!
On Tuesday I have the first exam of September, Ancient Religions, that won't be much difficult, I hope.
Instead, last Sunday I went to Venice with some friends of mine, 'cause we wanted to see the Guggenheim Museum, but ended up walking around the city since it was a beautiful, sunny day. We had much fun and I wanted to buy a Carnival mask (a cat one like this one -->
art by Victoria Francés) but in the afternoon we were in a hurry to take the train so I couldn't buy it. Of course it wasn't the first time I was in Venice (more like the fifth or sixth), but it's always nice to visit this beautiful city.
