5x19 Sides - That Boom You Just Heard Was the Fandom Exploding

This is going to be okay.  I'm just saying, it's okay, and we're all going to be okay, and most importantly, B/B are going to be okay.

Really.

What we can tell from the 5x19 sides:

1. Booth is dating the Marine Biologist for sure by now.  She gave him a tie.
2. Brennan is dating Hacker for sure by now.  He gave her some

All of the above? Word. I have to agree...and not to sound like a pollyanna, but when we're presented with our OTP every single week for the last 5 seasons, it's hard not to shake our faith in them and in their getting together. Plus, I'm really, really interested in seeing a jealous Brennan -like you said, she has a tendency to imply "Booth's little, extremely insignificant friend here, who has an extremely insignificant job..." I'd love to catch her trying to put the Marine biologist down and inadvertently pissing Hodgins (the bug and slime guy) off.

Also, all these episodes are airing mighty close to cliffhanger, aka season finale time - they've had doozies of cliffies these past seasons, so they probably want to further up the ante this time around using new characters?
But one thing I am tired of is this tendency by most shows that have a strong OTP/crime-fighting duo where they build the UST to staggering levels but somewhere mid-series (mostly Seasons 4/5/6) simply shift gears and bring in the most godawful characters/storylines as love interests just so they can prolong the "tension" - at this point, most of us are like "what tension???!!!"

I reckon all this is a result of the path-shifting whatever that'll be a result of the flashback to the first case ep?

Also, since this entry is all about spoilers, I really hope this news about Hart Hanson's new project does not have any lasting effects on Bones...tbh this was the news that had me more worried than the Marine Biologist.
