No Alarms and No Surprises, please....
Finally getting some work done after my two weeks of illness! Slow but steady....ok, just mostly slow. My brain has atrophied, I'm pretty sure...I mean, what little of it there was before has been DRASTICALLY reduced in the past couple of illness-laden weeks. So I'm kind of overjoyed to be feeling totally ok right now, and to get back to life as normal...and then I'm kind of dreading the return to classes. Not because I don't wanna go back to classes, I actually miss them loads. It's always just strange the first time back because it's all, "WTH YOU BEEN" kinda awkward feeling radiating off everybody. Meh. I've had worse, I suppose? ^^;
Anyway, reasons I'm in a ridiculously cheerful mood:
1. I got to have alone time with some of my friends over the weekend! I miss living with you Sao, and I miss having one on one time to talk to you Livals...I was really happy to get to spend some time just chilling with you guys <3 And omg Miraki, I miss getting to see you too! I only got to see you for like three seconds but it reminded me that we have to get together soon and make evil plans >.> mwahaha.
2. My mom called me to chew me out this morning (I mean, rightly so but it was still not encouraging) and then called my dad to try and get him on her side and calling me too...but instead he called me and talked to me about how it was going to be ok and cheered me up a ton. I was really, really happy...my dad and I are both so quiet sometimes I feel like we can't talk to each other properly even though we should have it easiest conversing outta all the other people in the family, just cause we're SO SO SO alike. So I told him we'd go to Asuka together sometime and my boots felt much lighter.
3. Last night was really fun! I got to hang out with Hue and Jason into the late hours of the night just being stupid and talking about anything and everything...it's something I haven't done in months; I hate that I actually forgot the feeling of that late-night bonding with people you don't often get to talk to! Hm. Just realized that the phrase bonding means different things to some of you, dear readers. Well it wasn't like that ;D but yeah, Jason and I crashed on Hue's floor at like 5 in the morning cause we were being ridiculous and falling asleep...but great houseplants above, Hue is the uber-hostess. She had SPARE. TOOTH. BRUSHES. Still in their packages. For me and Jason. Which lead to all three of us passing around toothpaste in the coed bathroom at five in the morning. It was quite the scene XD And not only spare toothbrushes, but feeding us all her random amazingly delicious food...like, she had cream puffs and hot chocolate and little pumpkin spice muffins and klondike bars...by the end we were sure she was trying to fatten us up. Practically had to fend her off with all the spare pillows and blankets she had given us, lol. She really is the sweetest though.
4. My neck really hurts guys <3 ////._.////////// And thursday is not only my birthday, it's also five months ^-^ hehe.
In other news: Jessica acquires a new toothbrush! Jessica longingly eyes her Hulu queue while forcing herself to be productive! Jessica orders a new outfit for Kasumi!!
