The OJDF weekend is over, and though the amount of things that went wrong (from an organizer's perspective) was uncanny, nearly everyone in attendance informed me that it was one of the best weekends they'd ever been to. Five fantastic live bands to dance to, tons of great people, lots of amazing dancing, and I got to dance lots with Frida who rocks my world.
Despite all the work, I actually got to the enjoy the weekend. I got around 4 hours of sleep the whole weekend, but I danced a lot and I danced hard. I'm still recouperating (and probably will still be doing so for the next week).
I got a job offer from Morgan Stanley for an analyst position in NYC last week, and I've decided tonight to accept it. Now I have a job, and the big weekend is over. All that remains is to finish up my thesis and enjoy the rest of senior year. It's nice to have some direction and some time to relax. Now it's time to enjoy it!
