My sister's 18th birthday party was tonight. Chuck E. Cheese's pizza never fails to impress me. And I dominated skeeball, reaching a lifetime best score of 530. Happy birthday Esther

(daniel, i must confess that i've been a secret lj stalker for quite some time now, but this post was just too good and hit too close to home for me to stay silent! since i don't have an account, they have dubbed me anonymous... grr, discrimination! so i must blow my cover...)
yay! i wholeheartedly agree! :-D to this day, i treasure you guys (my high school friends) like none other, and that is an incredibly rare and beautiful thing! we all need to have a great big love-fest to celebrate how incredibly blessed we are. i am so sad that i missed out on all the thanksgiving bonding (as i have for the last THREE years!), but fear not, we shall make it up over winter break. we shall celebrate my 21st in style (i've decided i'm gonna do it!), recalling memories and sharing dreams just as we've always done, except this time over cocktails. ;) haha, do you know i wrote this all without reading the last few lines of what you wrote. i was so overcome by "YAY!" feeling that i missed the part about taking over the world. hahaha, but how COOL would that be?? we'd have the funnest land ever. yes, funnest.
btw, chuck e cheese ROCKS my world. haha, maybe i should do my 21st there!! :-D dude, i can't wait for the bi-annual reunion. and yes, as long as it doesn't coincide with finals, i'll definitely be able to come up to nyc during january! let me know when!
Haha, I can't imagine you with any alcoholic beverage other than Arbor Mist. :) I guess we'll just have to wait for the winter and then celebrate in style. I'm a big fan of Chuck E Cheese, but for some reason I feel like we should do something... more befitting of a 21 year old thug. We'll figure something out, never you mind.
I'm going to be in NYC from January 5th to 10th for sure (I've got interviews set up so far just on the 7th), but may end up being in NY for the whole month depending on a number of things. You should definitely make the trip up!
Oh, and we will take over the world, and it will be very fun. :)
