Dear Prof. Murray,
In the future, it would be very nice of you to send a reminder email when a class has been cancelled, especially when it is a class beginning at the ungodly hour of 10am. I realise that this cancellation of class-age was probably mentioned last week, but my email letting you know that I would be absent from last week's class should have prompted a response reminding me not to wake up so darn early this morning. Thank you, and I hope you enjoyed your morning of sleeping in.
